Giving you instant access to your winnings

With the bet365 Mastercard® you can withdraw winnings from your wagering account to your card, allowing you to instantly access your funds from any ATM where Mastercard is accepted and make online or in-store purchases.

Application and Activation
To apply for your bet365 Mastercard, log in to your account, select Bank from the Account menu, go to the bet365 Mastercard tab and follow the instructions. In order to qualify for your bet365 Mastercard your ID must be verified, you must be an Australian resident and your address details must be up to date and verified. You will also be required to accept the terms and conditions of the Product Disclosure Statement*. Once you have met the criteria and have applied for your bet365 Mastercard, it may take 7-10 working days to arrive. You will then need to return to the bet365 Mastercard page in the Account Menu to activate it.
How to use your bet365 Mastercard
Only winnings settled to your withdrawable balance can be withdrawn from your wagering account to your bet365 Mastercard. For example, if you deposit $100, then place a $10 bet which returns $40, your balance will be $130 but you will only be able to withdraw the $40 returns to your bet365 Mastercard and not the remaining $90 of your deposit. Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds cannot be withdrawn to your bet365 Mastercard until the applicable bonus has been completed. For full information, please see the Product Disclosure Statement and the Target Market Determination.

Once funded, your bet365 Mastercard works like any Mastercard prepaid card. You will be able to access your cash from any ATM where Mastercard is accepted, make online purchases on any site accepting Mastercard, as well as making in-store purchases instantly with Mastercard PayPass. Please note that although bet365 does not apply a charge for cash withdrawals, some ATM providers might.
There is no replacement card fee. The maximum ATM Withdrawal amount per transaction is $1,000.00 and the daily ATM Cash Withdrawal limit is $3,000.00. For full information on fees and limits, please see our FAQs. If you wish to deposit funds from your bet365 Mastercard back to your wagering account, you can do this by visiting the Account Menu and following the instructions.
