Robertson talks up threat of 'ruthless' Leicester
Andy Robertson says Liverpool will have to be on top form to overcome a "fantastic team" in Leicester at Anfield on Sunday evening.
Liverpool go into the game in fourth spot in the table with 17 points from eight games so far, while the Foxes are a point better off and can reclaim top spot from Spurs if they take all three points on Merseyside.
Robertson is confident the Reds can come out on top but he believes they will have to be at their best against a Leicester outfit who have developed a "ruthless" streak.
"Leicester are having a fantastic season. I've watched them a few times this season and there's just a difference about them," he told the club website. "They just seem a wee bit more ruthless this season, a wee bit more stronger when it comes to certain games.
"I watched them against Arsenal and it looked as if it was a 0-0 draw written all over it and they find a way to win. That's the sign of a really good team and there's no hiding the fact that Leicester are a fantastic team.
"We know the task up against us, they've been the best so far this season by the league table and they're coming to Anfield.”
Liverpool have a number of injury concerns going into the game with Jordan Henderson, Mohamed Salah, Trent Alexander-Arnold, Joe Gomez and Virgil van Dijk all absent, although Fabinho, Thiago Alcantara and Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain may feature.
Liverpool are 1.75 to win, with Leicester 4.33 and the draw 4.00.
In-form forward Diogo Jota is 5.50 to score first.
