Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder III - Johnny Nelson's Fight Preview
It's on! Tyson Fury v Deontay Wilder III.
All eyes will be on the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas as Tyson 'The Gyspy King' Fury takes on Deontay 'Bronze Bomber' Wilder for the third instalment of the heavyweight clash. The first fight was a draw before Tyson Fury dominated the second match-up with a stoppage in the seventh round. Johnny Nelson discusses how he sees the fight playing out this weekend.
"Deontay Wilder has spent over a year seething and bubbling away. All he's done is trained and focused on one man."
"That makes him very dangerous, because when you eat, dream and sleep about one person, you are obsessed with that person - and that is what Wilder is."
Whilst Tyson Fury dominated the ring last time out, showing skill and composure to dispatch of the 'Bronze Bomber', it is highly unlikely that Deontay Wilder will be naive and won't have learnt from his mistakes last time out.
"Wilder is the biggest puncher I've ever seen live, and I've seen some punchers. I've seen him knock some people out with a four inch shot - so he can bang!"
Johnny Nelson is excited for the trilogy but is confident we may see a repeat of the second fight.
"Wilder is angry - he just has to hit Fury once. And I'm quite sure he'll make sure Fury stays down this time. However, if Fury stays focused, I expect him to do exactly the same thing he did in the second fight.''
Tyson Fury is currently 3.60 to win by Decision/Technical Decision and 1.95 to win by KO/TKO/Disqualification.
Deontay Wilder is priced at 3.40 to beat Tyson Fury and win the fight, whilst he is 15.00 to win by Knockout against the Gypsy King.
