Bayern boss excited to link up with Lewandowski
New Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann has hailed striker Robert Lewandowski as "the world's best footballer".
Nagelsmann will succeed Hansi Flick as Bayern boss next season and he says he is excited about the prospect of working with stars such as Polish striker Lewandowski, who is 12122.00 to be the top goalscorer at Euro 2020.

The 33-year-ld, whose Leipzig side finished second in the Bundesliga this season, 13 points behind champions Bayern, is well aware of the increased expectation levels at his new club.
Nagelsmann admits he was disappointed to leave Leipzig without winning a trophy as his side were beaten 4-1 by Borussia Dortmund in this month's DFB-Pokal final but he believes he can deliver the goods in Munich.
Lewandowski had a campaign to remember as his injury-time goal in the final-day win over Augsburg took his Bundesliga tally for the season to 41, breaking the 49-year-old record set by Bayern legend Gerd Muller.
And Nagelsmann is hoping for more of the same from the striker next season, telling German newspaper Bild: "It'll be interesting to work with the world's best footballer [Lewandowski] but also with [Thomas] Muller, [Manuel] Neuer, [Joshua] Kimmich and many others. I'm looking forward to seeing the enormous quality of these players every day in training.
"The Pokal final defeat was sad for me. I wanted to win at least a trophy in Leipzig but now it's about continuing Bayern's success over the past decade. I'm going to face this challenge head on."
