DAMWON look to complete domination of Worlds versus Suning
In what has been dominance from start to the doorstep of the finish, DAMWON Gaming are looking to cement their place in history as they take on Suning for the 2020 League of Legends World Championship Grand Final.
DAMWON came in as one of the teams to beat at Worlds, dominating the Summer Split of the LCK and having some of the most mechanically gifted players in the entire world.
DAMWON have been as advertised, with their potential weak spot in their bottom side proving to be one of their biggest strengths, and Ghost and BeryL continue to demolish the competition.
DAMWON, who are 2/5 for the win, have not been entirely unbeatable as they lost a match to JD Gaming in the Group Stage and fell once to G2 Esports in the Semifinals, but with ShowMaker continuing to thrive on the likes of Twisted Fate and Sylas, one wonders if this team could truly be stopped in three out of five matches.
Suning have been the shocker of the tournament, coming in as the third seed from the LPL and picking up the first seed from Group A before taking out back to back fellow LPL squads in the Quarterfinals and Semifinals with JD Gaming and Top Esports, respectively.
This event has been about two players for Suning, with Jungler SofM and his farm heavy style alongside Bottom laner Huanfeng who has been the breakout player of this tournament.
Suning have no pressure on them entering this final, and with all the momentum in the world from their previous showings, they have a real chance to shock the world.
