Transfer market baffles Puel
Leicester City manager Claude Puel is unwilling to get involved in what he perceives to be a 'crazy' transfer market.
The Foxes only spent £1.7million on Mali youngster Fousseni Diabate in the January transfer window although Puel failed with a bid of approximately £5million for Marseille defender Bouna Sarr.
"The transfer window is a busy period but a difficult one because we can see the prices, the market is crazy," said former Lyon and Southampton boss Puel.
"I don't know if it's a good thing if Leicester participate like this. Perhaps we cannot.
"There are a lot of expensive players, but we need to continue our game and keep this squad because it's a good squad with fantastic players and we must always keep this spirit.
"We will see in the next transfer window if we can improve this team. It's my desire, but sometimes it's not possible. We have two players for every position. That's enough until the end of the season. It's a good balance."
Leicester City can be backed at 15.00 to beat Manchester City on Saturday evening and at 1213.00 to win the FA Cup this season.
