Former USPGA champion Jason Day believes that Tiger Woods is looking in good shape as he prepares for yet another return from a long-term injury.
Woods, who featured in the Hero World Challenge in early December, is set for his first PGA Tour outing in several months as he prepares to tee off at Torrey Pines in the Farmers Insurance Open.

And Day, who practiced with Woods ahead of the start of the real action, was impressed by what he saw from the 14-time major champion.
He told reporters: "He looks impressive, it was good to see. This time he definitely looks ready.
"I think his swing is really nice, he's hitting the driver a long way and he looks like he's got some speed, which is great, but tournament play is different to (practice rounds).
"The other times he came back I don't think he was ready and he probably came back too soon.
"He has hardly played in two years, so I think the biggest thing is to not get too far ahead or think he's going to come back and win straight way.
"He may win straight away, but you never know."
Woods is a seven-time past winner of the Farmers Insurance Open, having first claimed the title back in 1999. His last success came in 2013, when he claimed a four-shot victory.
Woods is available at 23.00 to win the Farmers Insurance Open, with Justin Rose priced at 17.00 and Australian Day 21.00.
