Former Red driver Mark Webber claims there is no favouritism between Max Verstappen and Daniel Ricciardo at his old team ahead of the 2018 campaign.
Ricciardo and Verstappen are both preparing for the new season, as they look to narrow the gap on last year's frontrunners Mercedes and Ferrari who dominated the sport once again.
Some have claimed Dutchman Verstappen might be backed more by the Milton Keynes-based outfit after a more impressive 2017 campaign than the Australian racer Ricciardo.
However, Webber is adamant both drivers will be treated equally until one of them perhaps opens up a gap ahead of the other in the standings as the campaign progresses.
"Red Bull will support the guy that's leading the championship and doing the business," Webber told foxsports.com.au. "If that's Daniel, I reckon he's still in great shape there, to be honest, because he is a Red Bull product.
"I don’t think Helmut [Marko] would be disappointed to see Daniel as World Champion.
"But he loves Max as well. They're both his favourite guys."
Ricciardo is 4001.00 to win the World Drivers' Championship this season, while Verstappen is 2001.00 to finish top of the pile in 2018.
