The Gaels of St. Mary's picked up their fourth comfortable victory in four outings on Sunday as they defeated the San Jose Spartans 79-61 at the Event Center.

Ranked 21st in the nation in the latest Associated Press Top 25 Poll, St. Mary's has rolled over St. Francis (PA), New Mexico State, Cal State Fullerton and now San Jose State by an average of 18 points per contest in remaining unbeaten and now travels to Southern California to take on Harvard in the Wooden Legacy Tournament.

The Crimson are 2-2 having fallen to Holly Cross and Manhattan by an identical 73-69 score line on Thursday and Saturday.

Harvard or St. Mary's will face Washington State or Saint Joseph's in the second game of the Tournament, with Georgia, Call State Fullerton, San Diego State or Sacramento State possible opponents in the final games on Sunday.

While teams head to Southern California for the event, UCLA is out of town as they face off with Creighton at the Hall of Fame Classic in Kansas City, MO.

Baylor and Wisconsin also match up in the event with the winners and losers doing battle on Tuesday to complete the process.

Winners of their first three over Georgia Tech, Central Arkansas and South Carolina State, the Bruins are something of an unknown quantity after losing Lonzo Ball and T.J. Leaf to the NBA Draft.

UCLA is due to play Kentucky two days before Christmas and that should be a good bellwether for both programs this year.

UCLA are 3001.00 to win the NCAAB Championship, with Michigan State 3001.00 and Arizona 3001.00.
