Belief growing in Van den Bergh
Belgian Dimitri Van den Bergh is enjoying believing in himself, having moved into the joint lead of the Premier League of Darts standings.
Van den Bergh stands alongside Nathan Aspinall and Michael van Gerwen following a fine 7-3 victory over Jonny Clayton, who had topped the table heading into the showdown on Monday evening.

The DreamMaker averaged in excess of 102 in seeing off Welshman Clayton, whose average of 101.12 in defeat was almost as impressive.
Following his triumph, Van den Bergh told the official PDC website: "I loved it and I'm so happy with the win. I kept Jonny under pressure and he missed chances on his double, and I didn't.
"I never expected to be top of the league, so I'm happy. I'm proud and I've shown that I believe in myself."
2020 beaten finalists Aspinall was also buoyant following his 7-3 success against Peter Wright, adding: "It was important to kick this week off with a good result and I'm very happy to get the two points.
"I missed a few doubles, but my scoring was great and I've been working on that. I'm playing really well."
Five-time champion Van Gerwen was a 7-3 winner against 2020 champion Glen Durrant, who has lost all six matches he has played so far this season, leaving all but certain to be eliminated on Judgement Night on Thursday.
The other two matches on Monday saw Gary Anderson and Jose de Sousa claim 7-5 wins over Rob Cross and James Wade respectively.
