Mourinho targets EFL Cup glory
Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho has set his sights on winning the Carabao Cup after his side overcame Stoke City 3-1 in the quarter-finals on Wednesday.
Gareth Bale opened the scoring in the first half at Stoke as Spurs dominated, but the Potters drew level through Jordan Thompson after the restart.

Ben Davies restored Spurs' advantage from range with 20 minutes remaining and Harry Kane ended Stoke's hopes of an upset on 81 minutes.
Spurs will host Championship outfit Brentford in the last four next month, but Mourinho insists they will not underestimate the Bees, who overcame Newcastle United in their quarter-final tie on Tuesday.
Defending champions Manchester City come up against Manchester United in the other semi-final.
Mourinho is well aware Tottenham still have plenty of work to do to claim their first trophy since 2008, and he would love to guide his side to silverware in his first full season in charge.
Speaking before Manchester United's quarter-final win over Everton, Mourinho said: "To win this trophy we need to win two matches, but they are two very difficult matches.
"The teams that are going to be there are very difficult teams.
"Manchester City are very difficult. Brentford, for me, the way they play they are not Championship, they are Premier League."
Spurs are 3/1 to win the EFL Cup outright and 1/2 to beat Brentford in their semi-final meeting on 5th January, while the Bees can be backed at 6/1 to win at Tottenham.
