Las Vegas Raiders offensive coordinator Greg Olsen says the Silver and Black will need to be aware of "unbelievable athlete" Micah Parsons when they take on the Dallas Cowboys in Thursday's Thanksgiving Day clash.

The rookie linebacker is having an excellent season for the Cowboys as they look to condemn the 13/5 Raiders to a fourth straight loss.

Parsons, who has been playing a combination of linebacker and defensive end, has already tied the Cowboys' rookie sack record with eight.

The 22-year-old made another key play last Sunday when he forced a fumble with a strip sack of Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes in a 19-9 loss at Arrowhead Stadium.

Carr handing warning

Las Vegas QB Derek Carr has been warned to keep his wits about him in Arlington on Thursday when the Raiders play their first Thanksgiving Day game since 2013 and their first since the franchise moved to Sin City.

"Tremendous player... Unbelievable athlete," Olson said Monday, via raiders.com.

"Great rusher, he creates a mismatch problem for backs across the league when he lines up at the linebacker position. And he has great speed off the edge, so he possesses a great challenge for our tackles coming off the edge.

"Just got to be really aware of where he's at and what your matchup is against him."
